REGULATOR ROY is the largest vintage window regulator and lower glass channel dealer in the country, probably the world. We've been doing it for over 25 years. We have an estimated 2,000 window regulators (we've never taken time to count them) and lower glass channels. Frequently, we get asked where we get them. WE BUY THEM. We usually buy loads sight unseen, from afar. It's just like Christmas when they come. So as you can see, our inventory is always changing (read: getting larger.) When they come in, we spend time going through them, discarding used or damaged ones, tagging and indentifying those that we feel will be acceptable to our discerning customers, and putting them on the shelf. Being retired from our "regular" jobs, we can spend whatever time during the day that is needed to keep up with the work, so the customers' parts are mailed out the day they order them. The US Post Office is 1/2 mile away, so same/next day shipping occurs 99% of the time. We work out of our home, so we can keep expenses/overhead/prices low. We don't take credit cards; however, we will take your personal check and send the parts out the day your check arrives.

We deal in NOS/NORS only. Occasionally we'll have an excellent used item, if it is very rare and NOS is unavailable. We clearly spell out to the purchaser beforehand if it is used. We have a 15 day return policy if you are not satisfied for any reason.
